About this module
Bullying and harassment harm workers' health and, in disability services, spill over into the quality and safety of support. This module covers what workplace bullying is and is not, sexual harassment and the positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act, discrimination, harassment by participants and families, being a bystander, how to raise concerns, and the protections available through your employer, the Fair Work Commission, WHS regulators and the Australian Human Rights Commission.

All workers in disability services, including support workers, team leaders and managers.

- Recognise sexual harassment and understand the employer's positive duty
