How team pricing is charged
Every price above includes GST. At a couple of seat counts a team plan would work out dearer than simply buying that many individual plans — where that happens checkout automatically charges the lower amount, so you are never worse off for choosing a team plan. You will see the exact figure before you pay.
Subscription questions
What happens when my subscription ends?
Access to the library stops, but certificates you have already earned stay valid and verifiable until their own expiry dates — they belong to the worker, not to the subscription. Any module bought outright stays yours permanently.
Do I get new modules during my subscription?
Yes — every module we publish during your term is included at no extra cost.
How do team seats work?
You buy a number of seats, then invite people by email or share a join code. A seat activates as soon as that person has an account, and the whole library unlocks for them. If someone leaves, release their seat and give it to someone else — their certificates go with them, which is what an auditor expects.
Is it a recurring charge?
Yes — it renews annually through Stripe so access does not lapse mid-year. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is this accredited training?
No. Subscribing does not change what the modules are — they remain non-accredited professional development. Please read the accreditation statement before you buy.
