For NDIS providers
Training records your auditor can follow in five minutes
Roll out a consistent training baseline across your whole workforce, see at a glance who is current and who is not, and export the evidence when the audit comes.
What you get
Live compliance matrix
One grid: every worker down the side, every module across the top, colour-coded by current, expiring, expired or not started. The gaps are visible in a glance rather than reconstructed from a spreadsheet the week before an audit.
CSV export
Every certificate with the worker's name, organisation, course, certificate number, score, issue date, expiry date and live status. Drops straight into your existing compliance register or HR system.
Public verification
Every certificate resolves to a permanent verification page that anyone can check without a login — useful when a worker moves between providers, or when an auditor wants to confirm a record independently.
Renewal visibility
Certificates carry expiry dates and flag as "expiring" sixty days out, on both the worker's dashboard and yours — so renewals happen before the lapse, not after it.
Certificates that follow the worker
Workers buy and hold their own certificates, in their own name. That is what an auditor expects to see, and it means a worker who moves between providers keeps their record rather than starting again.
No app, no rollout project
It is a website. Workers sign in on whatever phone they have, progress saves between shifts, and there is nothing for your IT support to install or maintain.
Mapping training to roles
A suggested baseline
This is a starting point, not advice — your own policies, participant cohort and risk assessment determine what each role actually requires.
| Role | Suggested modules |
|---|---|
| All workers | NDIS Worker Orientation · Infection Control · Hand Hygiene |
| Personal care | The above, plus Manual Handling · First Aid and CPR theory (with current HLTAID from an RTO) |
| Medication assistance | The above, plus Medication Management |
| Mental health & psychosocial | The baseline, plus Introducing Mental Health and the condition-specific modules relevant to each participant |
| Complex care | The above, plus Epilepsy and the medication-route modules each participant's plan requires (oral, eye, ear, inhaler, patch) |
| High intensity supports | The above, plus the relevant nurse-supported module — PEG, ostomy, catheter, seizure, bowel, wound or ventilator — with sign-off per participant |
| Coordinators, office staff | NDIS Worker Orientation · Infection Control |
What this does not replace
Our training is non-accredited. It sits alongside, and does not replace, nationally recognised units delivered by a Registered Training Organisation — most importantly HLTAID009 and HLTAID011 for CPR and first aid, which require in-person practical assessment.
It also does not replace the participant-specific practical competency sign-off a registered nurse must provide before a worker delivers High Intensity Daily Personal Activities. Full accreditation statement →
How buying works
Per-module, or a team subscription
Per module: a worker creates an account, pays by card for the modules their role needs, and keeps permanent access. Essentials are $29.95, standard modules $49.95 + GST and nurse-supported modules $79.95 + GST.
Team subscription: one annual payment unlocks every module for up to 100 people. You invite workers by email or share a join code, and reassign seats as staff come and go — certificates stay with the worker. Compare team plans →
A tax invoice is issued for every purchase. If you need to pay by invoice rather than card, get in touch and we will arrange it manually.
