Continence Assessment and Promotion
Contribute to a continence assessment with accurate bladder and bowel charts, understand the types of incontinence and their reversible causes, and support continence with dignity.
About this certificate
This is a non-accredited course and this Certificate of Completion is not a Statement of Attainment. Continence assessment is carried out by a continence nurse advisor, GP, physiotherapist or other qualified health practitioner. This module prepares you to contribute accurate observations to that assessment and to implement the resulting plan — it does not qualify you to assess or diagnose. Seek advice from the National Continence Helpline on 1800 33 00 66.
